The Master of Computer Science belongs to the Faculty of Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering; it was created by Resolution 1125 of February 29, 2008, code 53505 of the National Ministry of Education.

This program is designed as the first step that comprehensive researchers should take. Its essential purpose is the initial training of researchers, conceived as the first step for those wishing to pursue a PhD program and its main objective is to create the conditions necessary to ensure that all students graduate from the program have an adequate knowledge of  "Computer Science Engineering".
