Graduate Specialization in Project Management
The Specialization in Project Management is aimed at professionals from different disciplines who seek to supplement their training in different fields of the specialization. The program will help professionals to have a better and competitive managerial performance when working on projects than without specific training.
The program provides comprehensive training on projects covering not only the identification and preparation, but also administration a long the project.
Therefore, the curriculum covers all the stages of a projects starting with designing, preparation and evaluation and covering aspects such as environments, leading techniques, quantitative marketing, finance, administration, management and planning.
The program is characterized by balancing theory and practice. However, it seeks to keep the interest of maintaining continuous transfer of knowledge on the subject, the real life, considering the phenomena in one way or another that influence and affect the process of design, development, installation, implementation, and evaluation of projects.
In summary, the program seeks to train professionals with skills to manage projects in their pre-investment cycles, investment, operation and post-operation stages. Our professionals should be able to know how to identify and develop programs and projects that contribute to national and regional progress.
Degree: Specialist in Project Management.

Modality: The classes are held in a classroom setting.
Duration: Ninety-six hours of Introductory course ( 8 weekends) plus two semesters (15 weekends).
Schedule: Fridays 4:00PM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00AM to 12:00PM
