Graduate Specialization in Administrative Law
The program strengthens the exercise of Administrative Law according to the local necessities. It offers graduate level training to lawyers covering areas such as administrative litigation, public sector, academy, consulting to help them to improve the services of public entities.
The new program covers the professional, disciplinary, research and practice areas; so the students not only update their knowledge in this area of law but also strengthen their knowledge and competence for management of administrative acts. The program also seeks that the students research and deepen Administrative act issues, Extra-Contractual Liability of the State and State Contracting depending on what is important for the student.
The program offers the professional lawyers a solid grounding in the Administrative Law area to help improving Public Administration, management of local authorities and the provision of public services. The program seeks also to strength a professional exercise committed with the observance of the law and constitutional rights.
